On March 12, 2026, Marvin Mendez Ochoa — a husband, a father of three, and a member of this community for over 20 years — was taken into federal custody without warning.

His wife is a U.S. citizen. His children were born here. They go to school here. This is the only country they know. Marvin built a life, a home, and a family in America — and he deserves to be in it.
